When you submit a form, we also record the page you submitted it from, your IP address, browser information and any campaign tracking tags supplied with your visit. This helps us protect and troubleshoot form delivery and understand where enquiries come from.

How We Use It

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, plan and deliver events, provide service updates, manage applications, improve our website and measure advertising. If you have agreed to hear from us, we may also send relevant updates or offers by email or SMS. You can opt out at any time.

Where It Is Stored And Shared

Website enquiries are stored in our form delivery database and delivered to our email and customer relationship management system. IP addresses and browser information are kept in the form delivery database and are not included in enquiry notification emails or customer relationship management records. We do not sell personal information. We only share it when you ask us to, when it is reasonably required to deliver your event, with service providers acting on our behalf, or where the law requires it.

Some service providers may process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers and handle information consistently with this policy.

Website Measurement

We use Cloudflare Zaraz to measure when a website enquiry is accepted. A limited event, including the type of booking form, may be sent to Google Ads and Meta to measure advertising results. We do not include enquiry form fields in that event. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand website use and improve the site. These services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Keeping Information Secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, our business records or legal obligations.
